Monthly Fellowships

WE 3B Nepal hosts monthly fellowships for churches across Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur, offering training and equipping opportunities for believers. These gatherings are filled with enthusiastic participants and are open to all who desire to grow as disciples of Christ. "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God" (Colossians 3:16).

Small Groups

Participants are divided into small groups, with up to ten groups engaging in discussions on the provided topics. This interactive approach strengthens their ability to articulate their faith, apply the materials effectively, and cultivates the confidence needed to step into leadership roles within their churches. "As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace" (1 Peter 4:10).

Leadership Trainings

Church leaders and pastors are provided with opportunities to enhance their leadership skills through WE 3B's intensive week-long and month-long leadership training programs. These initiatives are designed to equip them for greater effectiveness and impact in their ministry roles. As Scripture says, “And I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding” (Jeremiah 3:15).

Monthly Prayer Meetings

The WE 3B Leadership Team meets regularly to pray and encourage one another, recognizing the importance of mutual support alongside ministering to others. These gatherings are vital for seeking God’s guidance, renewing strength, and fostering unity in the mission. As Scripture reminds us, “Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing” (1 Thessalonians 5:11).

Community Service

WE 3B is not only committed to equipping the churches but also takes a leading role in supporting the community during times of disaster, need, and sickness. While offering comfort and encouragement, WE 3B actively provides financial aid, food, and other essential resources to those in need. "But if anyone has the world's goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God's love abide in him?" (1 John 3:17).

Other Ministries

Church Planting

WE 3B Nepal has been investing in passionate pastors and leaders who lack the resources to start or build a church. Currently, WE 3B is contributing to the construction of several churches and supporting pastors with the sustainability of their ministries. “The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do it” (1 Thessalonians 5:24).

Supporting Pastors

Another way WE 3B is making a difference in Nepal is by supporting church pastors and leaders through financial aid to sustain their ministries. In addition to this, we provide opportunities for them to serve within WE 3B Nepal, empowering them to grow and lead. We don’t just partner with local churches; we actively support their ministries, helping to advance the Kingdom of God. “We are workers together with God” (1 Corinthians 3:9).
