Founded in 2015, WE 3B was established to address the critical need for equipping churches and believers to become effective evangelists, devoted disciples, and Christ-centered leaders. Recognizing the call of the Great Commission, WE 3B began offering training sessions and fellowships to empower believers to share the Gospel, witness to their families, and distribute tracts, fostering a movement of Gospel-centered outreach.

As God continued to open doors, WE 3B expanded its mission to include planting churches and supporting pastors through financial aid and vital resources. The ministry also responded to a growing need for intentional discipleship. While many were coming to faith, the lack of follow-up left new believers in need of nurturing and guidance. Today, WE 3B collaborates with local churches to provide discipleship programs that help new believers grow strong and mature in their faith.

Leadership development also emerged as a significant area of focus. Recognizing the challenges of ministry, WE 3B is committed to training leaders who embody humility, wisdom, and servant-heartedness, following Christ's example. Through its partnerships with over 25 churches, WE 3B continues to train believers and church leaders in evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development. Additionally, the ministry supports pastors and traveling evangelists, equipping them to serve and strengthen the Body of Christ effectively.
